Office The business end of our company is still overseen by owners Ron and Karen Cole. While still serving our customers by delivering oil and numerous other tasks, Ron is in the office to answer questions from customers Monday thru Friday. Karen, along with their daughter Traci Cole-Michaels, run the bookkeeping end of our business. We also have 3 other people in our office everyday. Karin Weiglein, Janice Flitter and Kathi Weninger will help you with questions on your account, dispatch your calls to the drivers and answer any other questions you may have.
