Prebuy/Budget Programs These programs are designed to help our customers pay for their home heating fuel the way that best suits their individual needs. Prebuy Programs 1.) Available from Sept. 1st through June 30th. 2.) Based on 500 gallons or more of fuel from past year's usage. 3.) You can buy you fuel at one low price and pay the same amount (or the lower market value) all heating season. 4.) All fuel must be paid for by September 1st. Budget Programs 1.) Available from Sept 1st through June 30th. 2.) Fuel usage from the previous year is used to determine your budget payment. 3.) Payments are 10 equal amounts from Sept through June - no payments are due in July and August!! 4.)
